♥Synopsis♥

Whore. Slut. Typhoid Mary.

I’ve been called all these at Central College. One drunken night, one act of irresponsible behavior, and my reputation was ruined. Guys labeled me as easy and girls shied away.  To cope, I stayed away from Central social life and away from Central men, so why is it that my new biology lab partner is so irresistible to me?

He’s everything I shouldn’t want. A former Marine involved in illegal fighting with a quick trigger temper and an easy smile for all the women. His fists aren’t the danger to me, though, it’s his charm. He’s sliding his way into my heart and I’m afraid that he’s going to be the one to break me.

Impulsive. Unthinking. Hot tempered.

I allow instinct to rule my behavior. If it feels good, do it, has been my motto because if I spend too much time thinking, I’ll begin to remember exactly where I came from. At Central College, I’ve got fighting and I’ve got women and I thought I was satisfied until I met her.

She’s everything I didn’t realize I wanted and the more time I spend with her, the more I want her. But she’s been hurt too much in the past and I don’t want to be the one to break her. I know I should walk away, but I just can’t.

♥Ena’s 4 Star Review♥

Well she did it again for me!  I really enjoyed this book.  Jen Frederick brings us a fun, flirty, and sexy read about 2 souls that had so much stacked against them which in turn brought them together as one.

Bo Randolph is a sexy and flirty ex-Marine who didn’t have the best childhood.  After getting out of the Marine Corp he followed his buddy Noah, whom we read about in Undeclared, to college.  Not knowing exactly what he wanted to do with his life after the Corp he knew it was better than moving back home to his drunken low life father and a mother who wasn’t really there.  Bo had a reputation for flirting with anything with a set of boobs and legs and that’s what he was good at, so he stuck to that.  He didn’t believe in love, after growing up the way he did.  He had a bad temper and short fuse and his biggest fear was becoming the man he hated, his father.  He was honest with the girls in his past, he wasn’t the forever type, he was the wham bam thank ya ma’am type.  Until her…….

“AM”, AnnMarie, is the slut, the whore around Central but it’s not who she really is at all.  Having been exiled out of Central due to gossip and the rumor mill she sticks to herself and avoids anything college related except of course attending classes and that includes her number 1 rule on no dating Central guys.  Deep down she has her insecurities and demons that she battles every day. She is quiet and sweet, nothing like the rumors that are spread around about her.  Her dream is to finish college and make her dreams of running her own business a reality and she won’t let anything, especially douche bags stop her.  She doesn’t believe in love or forever, nothing lasts forever in her eyes and she has accepted that. Until him……

I fell in love with Bo and AM and Jen did a wonderful job making me fall in love with them.  She gave me two characters that alone were broken and wondering aimlessly around the world but together they made sense, together they got it, together they weren’t so alone or broken and that was beautiful and refreshing.  Bo knew there was something different about AM that he had to know.  It was refreshing to see that even though he had his numerous flings in the past he saw something different in AM and wanted to take his time with her and really make sure they were on the same page.

“We haven’t even kissed yet, you know,” I told him.  “It seems weird to sleep together.”

“We’re not read yet.”

Bo is a fighter, that’s his was of releasing the anger that is built up inside of him.  It’s his outlet and not only does he fight to release the anger but he will fight for the people he cares about.  I watched Bo grow from this man whore into a wonderful guy that deserved all the happiness in the world.  I watched him realize that maybe love does exist and maybe he could have a forever.  He would fight for AM and he showed her that she needed to stand up against the rumors and gossip and fight too.

“I just want to make sure that when I make it so the guy has to eat through a straw for the next two weeks that I’ve got the right person.”

Jen also gives me a sexy read because boy oh boy when Bo and AnnMarie finally cave to the feelings that have been growing – it ignites and it was enticing to read about.  Flirty and sexy was put into every scene.  Bo has gotten around so he knows exactly what to do why his body and he makes sure that AnnMarie is completely satisfied.  Bo seems to have a healthy sexual appetite and there really isn’t anything from with that right?

“I want to live down here,” Bo said, stroking me lightly.  “When you’re running your own business, I’m going to come into your office every noon and eat you.”

WOW

(ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm damn OKAY!!!)

But in the world of Bo and AM nothing lasts forever right.  Their pasts are bound to stand in their way.  Can Bo help AnnMarie finally stand up for herself about the nasty rumors going around school about her or will they have her running and leaving town?  When Bo comes face to face with the man he hates the most, and the truth about Bo comes out will their bound for one another be strong enough to over shadow the truth about his past?   Will AnnMarie and Bo last forever or will they leave things Unspoken and have that ruin their chance at a future together.

“A promise.  You aren’t ever going to be too far away from me.”

Thank you so much for Jen for letting me read and review Unspoken; just like Undeclared I loved it.  Anything with a military theme and sexy flirty scenes is right up my alley and I can’t wait to read what you have in store for us next, maybe Army next? (Just sayin’)
