Stripped by Jasinda Wilder

So how did I get myself into this situation, you ask? Simple: desperation. When you’re faced with being homeless and hungry or taking off your clothes for money, the choice is easier than you’d imagine. That doesn’t make it easy, though. Oh no. I hate it, in fact. There’s nothing I’d like more than to quit and never go into another bar again, never hear the techno beat pulsing in my ears again, never feel the lecherous gazes of horny men again.

Then, one day, I meet a man. He’s in my club, front and center. He watches me do my routine, and his gaze is full of hunger. Not the kind of desire I’m used to though. It’s something different. Something hotter, deeper, and more possessive. I know who he is; of course I do. Everyone knows who Dawson Kellor is. He’s People Magazine’s Sexiest Man alive. He’s the hottest actor in Hollywood. He’s the man hand-picked for the role of Rhett Butler in the long-awaited remake of Gone With the Wind.

He’s the kind of man who can have any woman in the entire world with a mere crook of his finger. So what’s he doing looking at me like he has to have me? And how do I resist him when he looks at me with those intoxicating, changeable, quicksilver eyes?

I’m a virgin, and he’s an American icon of male sexuality. I’m a stripper, and he’s a man used to getting anything and everything he wants. And he wants me. I know I should say no, I know he’s the worst kind of player…but what my mind knows, my body and my heart may not.

And then things get complicated.

Grey Admunson: love her name: shy fearful smart she truly was a character you saw grow. She is one fierce character although she may not feel that way

Dawson Kellor: typical spoiled movie start with no regard for anyone’s feelings which makes u love him and hate him all at the same time but does he grow on you! I promise.

This is the story of grey admuson trying to find her way and be what her father wants her to be. She wants to do the right thing for herself but that doesn’t always mean pleasing everyone including her father.

“just…..sometimes I feel ….trapped”
“I know honey, he just wants the best for you”
“His best. Not necessarily my best”
“He’s your father”
“That doesn’t mean what he thinks is right for me is always the only option” ~Grey

She grew up with a very strict father. This book had a very footloose feel to it, a love hate relationship with her dad. When all Grey wanted to do was work in the film industry her father felt she should stay put. When tragedy strikes it causes her world to literally fall apart. She’s a bright girl and decides to use her scholarship to go to usc against her father’s whishes.

“I’m not going away forever. I’m just going to college Daddy,I..I’m just doing what’s right for me. Please try to understand” ~ Grey

What happens when you have nothing left? You do what you have to. In Grey’s case she only had one option she becomes a stripper. Enter Mr. playboy womanizer who locks eyes on grey one night at the club. The notorious Dawson kellor trying to clean up his image and start over. Talk about love at first sight I could feel my kindle burning my hands it was so hot!

“You don’t belong here” ~ Dawson

This is where you really learn about how damaged these two are and how they actually complete each other but will fears tear them apart or will they have a chance for a happy ending read to find out !!

This was one heck of a story and had me loving Grey then hating her then loving her again. Then there was Dawson at first I didnt like him, I wanted to punch him, then he had me wanting to kiss him.
This was amazing Jasinda has out down herself again !!
