Mason and Logan Kade are two brothers who did their own thing. They were rich and expected to attend her school, Fallen Crest Academy. They chose public school and now Samantha has to live with them. The problem is that she doesn’t care at all: about them, about her friends, about her cheating boyfriend, or even about her parent’s divorce. But maybe that’s a good thing. Maybe change is a good thing.

When I first came across this book I was intrigued.  I had to immediately purchase it and then I just devoured it!  Couldn’t put it down!  So many twists and turns it keeps you on your toes til the very end.  And even then you are just left wanting more.  The characters are in high school, but there is a ton of drama, anger, angst, passion, desire, and sexual tension!  This isn’t your average high school romance… and I LOVED IT!

“As I watched my mom, who sobbed as if she’d been the one cheated on, something shriveled up inside of me.  I would never be like my mother.  Never.”

Samantha came home to find out her entire world was about to change. If finding out her mother cheated on her father and they were divorcing wasn’t enough. . .she is moving out with her mother and into her new boyfriend’s house.  And the man her mother has fallen in love with is Mason and Logan Kade’s father.  She has no idea what she is going to do.  She knows who they are. . .who doesn’t?  She goes to Academy and they go to Public, but everyone knows who they are.  They are Gods around Fallen Crest.  Everyone wants to be them, but Sam wants nothing to do with them.  She could care less who they are.

“None of it matters.  I mattered.  I was the only one.  I had to take care of myself.”

Sam doesn’t care about anything.  Her verbally abusive mother, cheating boyfriend, lying best friends. . .none of it matters.  But you can only ignore and run your problems away for so long.  Eventually you have to let someone in, she just never expected it would be him.  No one has ever took up for her, protected her, or made her feel the way he does.  They are drawn to each other.  But Sam has enough problems without everyone finding out she is sleeping with her soon to be step brother.

“See you later, siblings.  Have fun with your incest relations.”

Once Mason and Logan let someone in, they protect you with everything they have.  And they have let everyone know she is a Kade.  But what happens when Mason and Logan are at there own school?  Then who protects her?  Can she learn to stand up for herself and not hide behind her walls?  Can she let everyone know about her and Kade?  Maybe change is just what Sam needs?

“Threesome fearsome.  No one stands a chance.”

I am ADDICTED to Tijan!  I could reread this book a hundred times because there is NOTHING like it!  I love how protective Mason and Logan are of Sam!  I HATE her terrible mother!  I just can’t say enough about FCH, go read it and you will know what I am talking about!  Such a captivating story!
