Jase : Candace’s best friend and I want him as my best friend ! He’s just that wonderful.

Wow! This was one heck of a roller coaster ride for me, One I was glad I went on. Right from the beginning this book started off with me wanting to scream weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! As I’m looking down as the roller coaster goes down the steep slope and your heart starts pumping(yeah like that). This is where we me meet Candace Parker fine arts student about to graduate doing what she loves to do which is dancing. With the strong disapproval from her mother about her major Candace fights for her dream to be a professional ballet dancer (Love this, who didn’t want to be a real ballerina when they were younger I know I did!). Fed up with fighting with her mom she decides to let lose and have some fun after all she is in college time of your life and all!

“My parents are more concerned about their social standing then my happiness so, having a daughter who wants to be a dancer and is unengaged is not a good look for them” ~Candace Parker Fading

And that quote to me sums up Candace’s relationship with her parents, now the going around a loop on the coaster. Candace gets attacked one night and this changes everything in her world!

“He took so much from me, he took everything that wasn’t his to take!” ~Candace Parker Fading

Cue the best friend !!!  Jase (at this point hands should be up screaming ready for the next fall) he was her rock and stod by her when she needed a friend. He was more her family then her own parents weren’t and this to me made a special place in my heart for jase as far as best book friends go !! He’s mine !! Just sayin lol. Even in the middle of this horrible situation he’s her rock that is until Ryan shows up, he’s the owner a successful bar and friends with Jase and Mark (mark is Jase’s boyfriend). Mark is in a band that plays at Ryan’s bar. And this is where the roller coaster stops real high at that certain point and everything stops for 2 seconds and feels like forever. They meet and they instantly become friends.

“I’ve only just meet you, but your pretty great from what I know so far” ~Ryan Campbell Fading

Swoon ……. He’s just so great and OMG he has quickly become one of my new favorite fictional boyfriends. He was so charming and sweet and caring. I can go on….. But what I loved about this book was his patience for her it was so heart warming. It was just what she needed. Be he has some demons of his own will love conquer all? Or will a guilty conscience keep wounds from healing. This was a fantastic read you fall in love with the characters!

Last quote but it’s my favorite !
