***This is a standalone novel and does not need to be read with books one and two of the Twisted Series.
***Warning-For mature audiences only.
Wild Cards is a love story of the greatest and most epic proportions. However this love story faced many bumps in the road and in order to tell Luc and Vicky’s story I needed to touch on the scene of aggravated sexual assault. I feel it is my job to advise the reader of this violent episode. This aspect does not define the whole story and the book is not about violence rather about two dark souls saving each other while finding true love.

Vicky grew up in a home full of love but tragedy took everything away and left her in a very dark place.
Luc grew up very different. He was forced into the family business, he hated and was drowning in darkness.

They both felt hopeless and found a way to numb the pain..

Luc found Vicky as a wild card very unpredictable.  Luc was Vicky’s dark knight.  What happens when these two dark souls are forced to face the emotions they feel for each other?

This is a dark story with dark characters. They are both in a dark place and the question is can they fight to find the light? Or will they keep status quote and not give into their emotions for each other. I love dark love stories. There is violence scenes which is why both characters are in a dark place But the book is about two dark souls  who saving each other if they follow the light and find true love.

I really like these characters and the book was very good. There was some parts that I thought it could of been edited out because I felt that they were not necessary and that why I gave it 4 stars. If you love broken/ dark souls that grow and heal throughout the story, you’ll love this book.
