Book Review: The Design by R.S. Grey

This book is a STANDALONE. It follows two side characters from The Duet, but every detail you need to know will be included.
Five minutes until the interview begins.
Fresh on the heels of her college graduation, Cameron Heart has landed an interview at a prestigious architecture firm.
Four minutes until the interview.
She knows she’s only there because the owner, Grayson Cole, is her older sister’s friend.
Three minutes.
For the last seven years, Grayson has been the most intimidating man Cammie has ever had the pleasure, or displeasure, of being around.
Two Minutes.
But the job opportunity is too good to pass up. So, Cammie will have to ignore the fact that Grayson is handsome enough to have his own national holiday.
After all, she shouldn’t feel that way about her new boss. And, he will be her new boss.
“I’m not intimidated by you,” I said with a confident smile.
“Perhaps we should fix that, Ms. Heart. Close the door.”

Cameron Heart has had a crush on Grayson Cole, her older sister’s friend since probably forever. He is the owner of Cole Designs, an prestigious architecture firm; that Cameron is going for her first major interview since graduating college with an degree in architecture. A coincidence, I think not!
Grayson is a very intimidating, extremely handsome and too sexy for his own good man that Cammie must forget about because he will be her boss after this interview. This job is anyone with an architecture degree’s dream job and too good to pass up that Cammie will forget who her new boss will be. Easier said than done! This book follows two characters that appeared in the The Duet, but can be read as a STANDALONE.
“I’m not intimidated by you,” I said with a confident smile.
“Perhaps we should fix that, Ms. Heart. Close the door.”
I have read every book that RS Grey has written and this one is just as great as all her other books. I love Cammie, she is a spit fire, spunky girl that gives Mr. Cole a run for his money. She has no idea how Grayson feels for her and what lengths he has went for her and I love this side of him that is so unlike the person he shows everyone else. There connection is: Off the Charts- HOT!  But will they give in to their chemistry for each other? He is could be her boss if she gets the job?
Cammie is young and ambitious. She wants to prove she can stand on her own two feet and succeed. She does get a little misguided for a bit but with time realizes something that is an important lesson in life and love. Its just such a great story that has a few twists and turns that make the story so much more interesting.
This book is great because it can be read as a standalone. But if you haven’t read The Duet, go read that one first! There is an update on the characters in this book that would ruin The Duet if you haven’t read it first. Both books are great reads full of chemistry and hot characters that you will fall in love with. I sure did! Go check these great books by RS Grey. She amazing and is one of my favorite authors that I love to read.
