Book Review – Provoke by Missy Johnson

Provoke

synopsis

Mace Jordan was not the type of guy I expected to sweep me off my feet. I knew of the crowd he ran with, and they were bad news. But beyond that tough, biker exterior was a sweetheart, and one that treated me like his princess.
I liked being the good girl with the bad boy, but I never expected this. What I saw on his computer…I thought I knew him.

But I was wrong. So wrong…

If there was ever a bad time for me to fall for a chick it was now, but from the moment I saw Leeta, she had me. There was something special about her, and I had to have her. But I also had a job to do, and I couldn’t let her distract me from that. I couldn’t let her discover that side of me either. But she’s not stupid, and I know she’s getting close. God knows what she’ll do if she discovers the truth.

Or what she thinks is the truth.

5 Star Review

Mace Jordan was not your hearts and flowers type of guy. He owned a bike shop where he fixed bikes.  His father and brother are in prision. But Leeta loved him regardless. She was the good princess and he was her bad boy.

One day Leeta using Mace laptop and decovered something that made her cringe. Was she wrong about him?  Was he too bad for the good princess?

Mace knew now was not the time to get involved with someone but he couldn’t stop himself, she was special and he had to make her his. But would she understand what he was doing? No, he’d lose her and so he had to keep it a secret.

This is a dark and twisty story where Luna and Mace have such a strong chemistry that every scene is filled with passion and such heat. They are like a spark from a match which can get someone very badly burned or can be the hotest connection ever. When she finds out she cant believe it but after everything she also cant break free of their connection. Its a dark romance that leaves wanting your very own Mace. But could you handle him and forgive him? Its a story that was twists and turns you dont see coming.
