Thank you for visiting Swoon Worthy Books. Meet our Swoon Girls….
Let me first introduce myself! My name is Fawn. I am an obsessive reader, who loves books. I read anywhere from 1-2 books a day. I may have to slow it down if I want to have time to review everyone of them, as well as do all the fun things I have planned for this site and everyone out there. I am expecting to do giveaways, girls night discussions, and just so much I don’t want to get to ahead of myself. Back to a little more background. I love YA, New Adult, Romance Novels, Erotic Romance, and just about anything that has a love story with a happy ending with some dysfuntional, messed up characters, who find lovew and heal themselves. I love Indie authors who are putting everything they have into an amazing story to share with us readers. I love to get their name out there and share who they are and get as many people I can to buy their books and see why I am so in love with their stories!
Hey Swooners my name is Ena, and Fawn actually picked me up on Facebook because we shared the same type of love for books. She asked me if I would be interested in helping her run her Facebook Page Swoon Worthy Books and her Blog and since we got along so great and we both have a passion for reading the answer was very easy for me. She is teaching me as I go along because I am new to the blogging world. I am an avid reader and love to connect with other readers and authors. Earlier in 2014 I created Enticing Journey Book Promotions where I host blog tours, cover reveals, release day blitz, etc. for the authors we all love so much. I am very passionate about Swoon Worthy Books and couldn’t be happier about my blog family.
Hey! I am Amanda! I actually got into writing reviews for Swoon Worthy through Dani Hart! She got me talking to Ena and we clicked and the rest is history! I love to READ just about anything! I read NA, YA, Romance, Paranormal, Dystopian, but my favorite would be Erotica!!!! I love all my book boyfriends and I have all types!!! I fell in love with reading after I read Fifty Shades of Grey and now I am OBSESSED with reading! I love the rock stars, the tattooed bad boys, the suit and tie billionaire… I don’t discriminate I love them all!!! I get so into the books that I feel apart of their story! I love the angst, the passion, the love story, the heart break, and everything in between! I am a sucker for a HEA but I love the cliffhanger that leaves you waiting (not so patiently lol) for the next book! I love discovering a new Indie Author that instantly catches my attention! When I am not reading (or sneaking to read) because I always carry my Kindle with me… I am a stay at home mom to 4 kids; 3 boys ages 6, 5, and 3 and our baby girl who is 2! I am also an Army wife and have been married to my soul mate for almost 10 years! My family loves sports especially baseball and we also love going to the lake and camping! I love kids and before I had my own I taught preschool for several years! I love easily and can usually get along with anyone!
Hi, I’m Sirenda, known to my fellow Swoon Worthy reviewers as the Reading Ninja. I LOVE to read, it’s been a lifelong obsession for me I typically read 15+ books a week. I’m a nurse but currently not working and in school for a better degree. I use reading as my escape from the real world, my downtime and entertainment all in one. Some of my favorite things besides reading are food, music, and WINE. I love hanging out with friends either at someone’s house or in a public place, doing silly things and in general enjoying what life has to offer.I’m a font of useless knowledge and I love brain games like Sudoku. I’ve traveled quite a bit but I’m nowhere near done exploring the world. My husband and I have been married almost 5yrs (this time, yes I remarried my ex) and have spent the last 5yrs living in the UK courtesy of the United States Air Force, prior to moving to Utah. I’ve lived in 7 different states and in 2 different countries and I’ve visited a few more. We are hoping that once my husband retires from the Air Force that we’ll be able to live overseas again. I love reading books about Alpha Males and YES! Please! to the sexy scenes. To me what makes a good book to be is something that makes me FEEL, whether that emotion be anger, love, sorrow, joy, or lust. I think that if words on a page can inspire real emotions then the author has done their job, but if they failed to do that, then I’m a little stingy with my stars. Other things I look for in a good book are the continuity of the plot, how smoothly the story flows, and if the book is grammatically sound. I hand out 5 Star reviews very sparingly, because to me 5 stars means that this book is one of the best of the best, that there’s NOTHING I would change in it, there are no questions left unanswered, and there were no grammatical errors.
